Neste post pelo termo ciência entende-se "o estudo racional das coisas em geral ou de algum assunto específico" e pelo termo tecnologia entede-se "um maquinário sofisticado".
Neste post irei falar da relação de ciência e tecnologia que pode ser representado pelo diagrama abaixo e também da importância do acesso aberto.

No dia 07 desse mês, Devon Hanel publicou um post em opensource.com com o título "Open access to scientific knowledge has reached its tipping point (cópia nesse servidor <tipping-point-oa.html>) no qual divulga um estudo europeu o qual afirma que daqui a dois anos 50% de todas as publicações acadêmicas estaram disponíveis gratuitamente (das publicações de 2011 50% já encontram-se disponíveis gratuitamente).

Today was the second day of my course about LaTeX that I talk some days ago (see the post here <../14/latex_course_at_ecnpos>.
I try to follow the plan with the pads (one for the contents <encpos-latex1.txt> and other for feedbacks <encpos-feedback-latex1.txt>) and the rounds:

Utilizando um browser
Por padrão U na visualização de uma notícia parceia o arquivo a
procura de links e lista-os para seleção para ser aberto por um web
browser.
A definição do web browser a ser utilizado é feita no arquivo
~/.slrnrc ao atribuir valores para as variáveis non_Xbrowser
(browser não gráfico) e Xbrowser (browser gráfico). No arquivo de
configuração padrão existe vários exemplos.
